Upon the District Court’s entry of a Final Order approving the distribution, the Depository Trustee shall make the distribution.
The Depository Trustee shall keep such papers and records open for random inspection by the County during normal business hours.
Such indemnification shall not extend to claims successfully brought against the Depository Trustee, its directors, officers, employees, agents or attorneys, for, or liabilities, losses, costs and expenses incurred as a result of, the Depository Trustee’s own negligence or willful misconduct.
