Engagement Plan a. Institution shall publish the details of this MOU in a form agreeable to DeVry on Institution’s website and other internal communication channels to promote the Program to its students. b. Engagement Plan a. Upon execution of this agreement, DeVry will work with LCCC to develop strategies to provide LCCC students and graduates timely information about program opportunities and program requirements. Transfer degree curriculum pathways will be reviewed annually. Engagement Plan. The high level of planned engagement, at the most senior levels of both organisations, demonstrates the sign-ificance of The National Lottery Community Fund to the Department, as an ALB and as the largest National Lottery distributor. It also recognises the valued role the Fund fulfils as the single largest funder of voluntary and community organisations across the UK, and as a key stakeholder and partner on policies under the 'enriching lives' element of the Department's corporate mission of 'driving growth, enriching lives, and promoting Britain to the world'. Engagement Plan. 5.1 The Parties will agree an Engagement Plan for each Calendar Year of the term of this Agreement. 5.2 The Parties will use their best efforts to complete the activities assigned to them under the Engagement Plan in a timely manner and in accordance with the timelines set out in the Engagement Plan. The MPPF (and ViiV where applicable) shall designate qualified personnel having the necessary skill, expertise, and experience to perform appropriately such activities under the Engagement Plan. 5.3 At each Steering Committee meeting the Steering Committee shall review the Parties’ performance of the activities in the Engagement Plan against the timelines set out in the then current Engagement Plan. The Steering Committee may identify and agree any changes to the then current Engagement Plan (including any additional activities) that may be helpful or necessary to address any identified challenges to access to the Products in the Territory and support the rapid adoption and uptake of the WHO HIV Treatment Guidelines in the Territory. If the Steering Committee is unable to agree on any amendments to the Engagement Plan by consensus within ten (10) Business Days of the matter first being discussed at a Steering Committee meeting following inclusion on a draft agenda distributed to the Steering Committee Members, the issue shall be resolved pursuant to Clause 30.
