Design and Construction Plan definition

Design and Construction Plan or “D&C Plan” means the Proposer’s plan to design and construct the Project as described in ITP Section 5.4.3 and Section 4.3 of Exhibit B to the ITP.
Design and Construction Plan means the portion of the Project Development Plan providing the information requested in Section 4.1.1 of Exhibit B to the ITP.
Design and Construction Plan has the meaning set out in Schedule 2 [Design and Construction Protocols];
