Designate definition

Designate means the entity described in section 4.2;
Designate means an individual who is authorized by a person specifically identified in this Agreement to act on their behalf.

  • Where the complaint is against the President, it shall be submitted to the Board of Directors or other Employer Designate.

Designate means the person or persons assigned the duties and responsibilities on behalf or in the absence or incapacity of the person charged with the principal authority to take the relevant action or decision.
