Designated Hauler definition

Designated Hauler means the entity and/or contractor identified by the Designated Community per Section IV (B)(1) to transport and deliver Recyclable Materials to the Facility or Delivery Site.

More Definitions of Designated Hauler

Designated Hauler means the person named in writing by the Solid Waste Director, from time to time, to deliver Acceptable Waste to the Transfer Facility or Satellite Transfer Stations under the authority of a franchise or permit issued pursuant to Title 7.
