Designated Hauler definition

Designated Hauler means the entity and/or contractor identified by the Designated Community per Section IV (B)(1) to transport and deliver Recyclable Materials to the Facility.

More Definitions of Designated Hauler

Designated Hauler means a business that collects waste generated in the city of Lynn, licensed by the board of health and in accordance with all applicable provisions of federal, state and local laws, the sanitary code and rules and regulations established by the commissioner.

Designated Hauler means the person named in writing by the Solid Waste Director, from time to time, to deliver Acceptable Waste to the Transfer Facility or Satellite Transfer Stations under the authority of a franchise or permit issued pursuant to Title 7.

Designated Hauler means a business that has a contract with the City to collect Trash or Curbside Recyclables or other subsets of waste generated in the City. A Designated Hauler shall be licensed by the Board of Health and operate in accordance with all applicable provision of federal, state, and local law, the Sanitary Code and rules and regulations established by the DPW.

Designated Hauler means that Collection Company or those companies operating in 26 accordance with a Franchise Agreement with SBWMA Member Agency/Agencies.

Designated Hauler means any person (other than the Community) who collects solid waste pursuant to a contract with the Community or who is designated in writing to the Authority as a Designated Hauler by the Community.
