Designated Staff Member definition

Designated Staff Member means any officer with delegated authority for a specific activity. The delegated authority, specific activity and level of delegated authority (£) must be in writing from a Director (apart from GPC cards where requests may be made by a staff member) and be addressed to the Company Secretary and approved by either the Group Chief Executive or Group Finance Director.
