Detail Effort definition

Detail Effort means with respect to a Party, and for any calendar year, the actual number of Details given by its sales force for such calendar year or in the case where the sales force sells other than through Details the selling efforts of the Party performed by its sales force for such calendar year.
Detail Effort means, for each party in any period for which a payment is being computed (a "Payment Computation Period"), the detailing effort achieved by that party in the Payment Computation Period, and shall consist of the total number of Details for such party during such Payment Computation Period, which figure shall in no event exceed 110% of the Detail Effort projected for the party in the Annual Plan (the "Projected Detail Effort"), and where the number of Details does exceed the Projected Detail Effort, the Detail Effort shall be deemed to be the Projected Detail Effort.
Detail Effort means the [*****] under the applicable Field Force Detailing Plan to [*****] in the Territory for the purpose of promoting the Product.

Examples of Detail Effort in a sentence

  • XOMA shall report its Selling Expense incurred in connection with performing its Budgeted Detail Effort to Alexion on a quarterly basis within thirty-five (35) days after the end of each calendar quarter.

  • In connection with an election by XOMA under Section 4.1(b), Alexion will use commercially reasonable efforts to reassign its sales representatives to allow XOMA to provide up to its maximum [*] entitlement of Budgeted Total Detail Effort.

  • Such verification right shall be exercisable once with respect to any Co-Promotion Year, within one year after the end of such Co-Promotion Year, upon reasonable notice and during normal business hours, by review of copies of the reporting party's written materials relating to Detail Effort reports and records, and by interviews with the personnel of the reporting party who are responsible for such activity.

  • The Parties will establish a method of confirming when Details have been made in Co-Promotion countries so that, among other things, XOMA's and Alexion's Detail Effort can be calculated.
