Developer Materials definition

Developer Materials has the meaning ascribed to it in the Customer Developer Agreement.
Developer Materials means Genesys productized SDK’s, in object code (and clear text formats if applicable) only, and Documentation, ordered by You pursuant to an Order. Developer Materials shall be included in the definition of “Software” for purposes of this Schedule.
Developer Materials means any documentation, sample code, software development kits, and similar materials that YouNow may provide to PeerStream in connection with the Platform or its Services. Developer Materials shall include, but are not limited to, a software development kit designed to integrate the PeerStream Apps with the Platform (“Props SDK”).

  • The Developer Materials are ‘commercial computer software’ as that term is defined in Federal Acquisition Regulation (‘FAR’) 2.10(a).

  • You must include all copyright and other proprietary rights notices accompanying the Developer Materials in any copies that you produce.

  • You agree that the Developer Materials are confidential and proprietary information of BQE (‘Confidential Information’).

  • If the Developer Materials are supplied for use by the DOD, they are delivered subject to the terms of this license Agreement and either (i) in accordance with DFARS 227.7202-1(a) and 227.7202-3(a), or (ii) with restricted rights in accordance with DFARS ▇▇▇- ▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇ (c)(l)(ii)(OCT 1988), as applicable.

  • Your license to the Developer Materials will terminate immediately if you fail to comply with this Agreement.


More Definitions of Developer Materials

Developer Materials means ALE tools, in object code (and clear text formats if applicable) only (which may include modifiable script files which shall not be modified by Customer), and Documentation, made available by ALE to Customer for the purpose of this Agreement. Developer Material excludes (i) any ALE API or SDK that is not obtained under this Agreement, (ii) any ALE API or SDK that has not been productized for external use by ALE and (iii) any features or functionality not explicitly set forth in the Documentation.
Developer Materials. Developer Materials" shall mean Source Materials, internal technical documentation, design documentation, help materials, tutorial programs, and appropriate debug code. Developer Materials will not include any Other Party Materials.
Developer Materials means any applications programming interface information that specifies the requirements for interfacing to (e.g., invoking or directing the functions of) the Autodesk Product, and other toolkits, libraries, scripts, reference or sample code, and similar developer materials included in the Autodesk Product or otherwise provided or made available by Autodesk.
Developer Materials means the materials that Cloud Software Group provides for developers, partners, or others creating Applications and/or integrating Products or Product features into their products or services, including without limitation, the Cloud Software Group APIs, software development kits (SDKs), tools, libraries, components, executables, code, test instances or environments, development platforms, and any related developer documentation or sample code. Developer Materials means any documentation, sample code, software development kits, and similar materials that PropCo may provide to AppCo in connection with the Platform or its Services. Developer Materials shall include, but are not limited to, a software development kit (“Props SDK”) designed to facilitate the integration of Props Tokens and the Platform into apps.
Developer Materials means any and all content provided or created by the Developer for incorporation into the Project;
Developer Materials means text, screenshots, videos and other content and information provided by you to Epic and relating to you and/or your Content.
