Examples of Developer Personnel in a sentence

  • Developer shall, and shall cause Developer Personnel and Subcontractors to, take all appropriate action and execute and deliver all documents, necessary or reasonably requested by Customer to effectuate any of the provisions or purposes of Section 14.1, or otherwise as may be necessary or useful for Customer to prosecute, register, perfect, record or enforce its rights in or to any Work Product or any Intellectual Property Right therein.

  • Partner shall, and shall ensure that all Developer Personnel, comply with all rules, regulations, and policies of Builder that are communicated to Partner in writing, including security procedures concerning systems and data and remote access thereto, platform security procedures, including the restriction of access by Builder to certain areas of its Site or Site Services, and general health and safety practices and procedures.

  • You hereby consent to the use of FRT to authenticate you and your Developer Personnel.

  • You shall be responsible for any breach of or non-compliance with this Section by any of your employees and Developer Personnel.

Related to Developer Personnel

  • Supplier Personnel means Supplier’s employees, consultants, agents, independent contractors and Subcontractors.

  • Provider Personnel means all persons employed or engaged by the Provider together with the Provider’s servants, agents, consultants and Sub-Contractors (and all persons employed by any Sub-Contractor together with the Sub-Contractor’s servants, consultants, agents, Provider’s and Sub-Contractors) used in the performance of its obligations under this Agreement;

  • Contractor Personnel means Contractor’s employees and subcontractors (as well as any employees or subcontractors of those subcontractors) performing the Services.

  • Contractor Key Personnel means the Contractor Project Manager and those Project Staff members identified as “Key Personnel” as set forth in a Statement of Work.

  • Supportive personnel means unlicensed individuals who:

  • Vendor Personnel means employees, agents, independent contractors, or any other staff or personnel acting on behalf of or at the direction of Vendor or any Vendor Contractor performing or providing Services or Deliverables under this Agreement.

  • Educational personnel means persons who must meet requirements pursuant to state law as a condition of employment in educational programs.

  • Trained personnel means knowledgeable in the following through instruction and/or practice:

  • Key Management Personnel means persons having authority and responsibility for planning, directing and controlling the activities of the Company, directly or indirectly, including any Director (whether executive or otherwise) of the Company;

  • Company Personnel means any current or former officer, employee, director or consultant of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.

  • Purchaser Personnel means the Purchasers’, and each Purchaser’s Affiliates’, officers, directors (or their equivalent), employees, agents, and contractors of any kind.

  • Support Personnel means employees of a Reviewing Party’s Outside Firm and third-party contractors and employees of third-party contractors who are assisting in this proceeding, provided such persons are involved solely in performing clerical or ministerial functions with regard to documents and information connected with this proceeding, including performing one or more aspects of organizing, filing, coding, converting, storing, or retrieving documents or data or designing programs for handling data connected with this proceeding.

  • Senior Management Personnel means personnel of the company who are members of its core management team excluding Board of Directors. Normally, this would comprise all members of management one level below the executive directors, including all functional heads.

  • Key Project Personnel means the persons named in Schedule I (Key Project Personnel) and any replacement(s) approved by the City in accordance with ARTICLE 7;

  • Contractor Project Manager means the employee identified in a Statement of Work as the Contractor project manager.

  • Qualified personnel means personnel who meet the statutory or regulatory qualifications for each respective profession currently applicable in this state.

  • Contractor's Personnel means the personnel to be provided by the Contractor to provide services as per the contract.

  • Company's Personnel means the personnel to be provided by OIL or OIL's Contractor (other than the Contractor executing the Contract). The Company representatives of OIL are also included in the Company's personnel.

  • Receiving Party Personnel has the meaning set forth in Section 37(d).

  • Project Manager means the principal employee or agent of the Recipient having administrative authority over the Project designated in Appendix B pursuant to Section VI hereof, or authorized designee as per written notification to the Director.
