Development Completion Certificate definition

Development Completion Certificate or “DCC” shall mean a Development Completion Certificate signed by the Town’s Representative certifying that the installation of any Municipal Improvements have been completed to the standards and specifications described in the Approved Plans.
Development Completion Certificate means the certificate issued under Article 9.1.
Development Completion Certificate means a certificate or document issued by the Development Authority confirming that the requirements and conditions of a Development Permit have been met.
