Director of Client Services means the person hired to administer the activities of the department and to supervise and administer programs related to training, capacity development and literacy; economic development; communications, and Tłı̨chǫ enrolment under a departmental establishment policy. “Employee” means a person employed by Tłı̨chǫ Government.

The Employer will not pay the Executive cash in lieu of professional outplacement services.
