  • Disclosable transaction means any transaction in a security pursuant to which an access person would have a beneficial ownership.

For the avoidance of doubt, any compensation or other remuneration that an entity acting in the capacities of both the Master Servicer and Special Servicer is entitled to in its capacity as Master Servicer pursuant to this Agreement will not constitute Disclosable Special Servicer Fees.

  • Eligible Contract Participant means an “eligible contract participant” as defined in the CEA and regulations thereunder.

  • Company Material Contracts has the meaning set forth in Section 3.18(a).

  • Group contract means a contract for health care services which by its terms limits eligibility to members of a specified group. The group contract may include coverage for dependents.
