Discretionary Advance definition

Discretionary Advance has the meaning given to such term in Section 3(c).

  • The making by Lender of any Discretionary Advance shall not cure any Event of Default hereunder, unless Lender provides Borrower with a written waiver of such Event of Default.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, neither of the following shall be considered a Discretionary Reduction:
