Dispute Resolution Risk Mitigation Requirements definition

Dispute Resolution Risk Mitigation Requirements means the dispute resolution risk mitigation requirements set out in paragraph 10 of the SFC Risk Mitigation Requirements.
Dispute Resolution Risk Mitigation Requirements means the dispute resolution risk mitigation requirements set out in regulation 54B of the Regulations and paragraphs 8 and 5.4(c) of the MAS Risk Mitigation Guidelines.

  • Dispute Resolution Procedures means the procedures outlined in Annexure A of the MSA Determination.
