Disruption Period definition

Disruption Period has the meaning set forth in Section 4.3(b).
Disruption Period for a licence means the period during which the licence holder is unable to carry out activities authorised by the licence because of circumstances beyond the holder’s control;

Examples of Disruption Period in a sentence

  • AE = Actual Electricity, as measured in total kWh, delivered by the System for the Term Year plus the estimated lost energy production during a Disruption Period.

  • If the System fails to generate at least ninety-five percent (95%) of the Estimated Annual Production for a full Term Year (such amount, the “Minimum Guaranteed Output”), other than as a result of the acts or omissions of Purchaser or the Local Electric Utility (including a Disruption Period), or an Event of Force Majeure, Provider shall credit Purchaser an amount equal to Purchaser’s Lost Savings on the next invoice or invoices during the following Term Year.

  • For the purpose of calculating Services Payments that would otherwise have been due for such Disruption Period, Services shall be deemed to have been produced at the average rate over the preceding twelve (12) months (or, if the disruption occurs within the first twelve (12) months of operation, the average over such period of operation), discounting for any planned or other maintenance outages of the System that had been scheduled by the Provider to occur during such Disruption Period.

  • For the purpose of calculating Payments and lost revenue for such Disruption Period, Solar Services for each month of said months shall be deemed to have been produced at the average rate over the same month for which data exists (or, if the disruption occurs within the first twelve (12) months of operation, the average over such period of operation).

  • For the purpose of calculating solar power payments and lost revenue for such Disruption Period, Deemed Generation shall be considered for calculation of lost revenue or payment obligation of Procurer.


More Definitions of Disruption Period

Disruption Period means the Trust Calculation Period immediately preceding a Disruption Event; and Previous Administrator Portfolio Information means the Administrator Portfolio Information received in respect of the three most recent Trust Calculation Periods (or, where there is no Administrator Portfolio Information for at least three previous Trust Calculation Periods, the Administrator Portfolio Information in respect of any previous Trust Calculation Period).
Disruption Period means any period during which Senetek is unable to deliver Products conforming to the Specifications in compliance with Section 4.2.3 as provided in Section 3.8.
Disruption Period means any period during which Senetek Product or Licensee Product is unable to be manufactured in conformance with the Specifications as provided in Section 3.6, with the effect set forth in Section 3.7.

Disruption Period means any period during which SENETEK is unable to deliver the Products to LAVIPHARM and has notified LAVIPHARM at least thirty (30) days in advance.
