Dissenting Holders definition

Dissenting Holders means shareholders who do not vote in favor of the Merger or consent thereto in writing and who have properly given notice and demanded in writing payment for their shares of First Security Common Stock in accordance with Subtitle 13 of the KBCA.
Dissenting Holders means a Holder who does not accept an Offer referred to in Section 14.2 and includes any assignee of the Debenture of a Holder to whom such an Offer is made, whether or not such assignee is recognized under this Indenture;

Dissenting Holders means the holders of Dissenters’ Shares.
