Distributor Planned Interruption means an interruption for:

(a) The planned maintenance, repair, or augmentation of the transmission system; or
(b) The planned maintenance, repair or augmentation of the distribution system, including planned or routine maintenance of a meter (excluding a retailer planned interruption);or
(c) The installation of a new connection or a connection alteration.
Distributor Planned Interruption means an interruption of supply planned in advance by a distributor, including for planned maintenance, repair or augmentation of the distribution system; or for installation of a new supply to another customer; emergency means an emergency due to the actual or imminent occurrence of an event that in any way endangers or threatens to endanger the safety or health of any person, or normal operation of the distribution system or transmission system, or that destroys or damages, or threatens to destroy or damage, any property; energy means electricity or gas;
