Domestic Guarantee definition

Domestic Guarantee means the guarantee of each of the Domestic Guarantors set forth in Article 22 hereof and any additional guarantee of a Domestic Guarantor in respect of the Guaranteed Obligations. For the avoidance of doubt, no Person shall guarantee its own Obligations.
Domestic Guarantee means the guarantee of each of the Domestic Guarantors set forth in Article 21 hereof and any additional guarantee of a Domestic Guarantor in respect of the Guaranteed Obligations. For the avoidance of doubt, no Person shall guarantee its own Obligations.
Domestic Guarantee means the Amended, Consolidated and Restated Guarantee dated as of June 1, 1993, by Holding, ASI, and the Subsidiary Guarantors which are Domestic Subsidiaries, as amended and supplemented from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof and hereof.

More Definitions of Domestic Guarantee

Domestic Guarantee means "Guarantee" defined in Section 1 of the Domestic Security Agreement.
Domestic Guarantee means, as the context may require, individually, a guarantee, or collectively, any and all guarantees of the Obligations of the Issuer with respect to the Notes and the Indenture by each Domestic Guarantor pursuant to the terms of Article 10 hereof, substantially in the form set forth as Exhibit E.
Domestic Guarantee means the obligations of a Domestic Restricted Subsidiary of the U.S. Issuer under Article XII of this Indenture in respect of the U.S. Notes and all other Obligations of the U.S. Issuer under this Indenture and the Dutch Notes and all other Obligations of the Dutch Issuer under this Indenture.

  • Permitted SBIC Guarantee means a guarantee by the Borrower of Indebtedness of an SBIC Subsidiary on the SBA’s then applicable form, provided that the recourse to the Borrower thereunder is expressly limited only to periods after the occurrence of an event or condition that is an impermissible change in the control of such SBIC Subsidiary (it being understood that, as provided in clause (s) of Article VII, it shall be an Event of Default hereunder if any such event or condition giving rise to such recourse occurs).

  • Canadian Guarantee means the Canadian Guarantee Agreement, made by each of the Canadian Guarantors in favor of the Canadian Administrative Agent for the benefit of the Lenders to the Canadian Borrower, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-1, as the same may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.

  • Financial guarantee means a performance bond, maintenance bond, surety bond, irrevocable letter of credit, or similar guarantees submitted to the [administering authority] by the responsible party to assure that requirements of the ordinance are carried out in compliance with the storm water management plan.

  • Guaranty Agreement means an agreement executed by the Guarantors in substantially the form of Exhibit F-2 unconditionally guarantying on a joint and several basis, payment of the Indebtedness, as the same may be amended, modified or supplemented from time to time.

  • Guarantee Agreements means the Parent Guarantee Agreement and the Subsidiary Guarantee Agreement.

  • Holdings Guaranty means the Holdings Guaranty made by Holdings in favor of the Administrative Agent on behalf of the Secured Parties, substantially in the form of Exhibit F.

  • Foreign Guarantor means Parent and each Guarantor that is a Foreign Subsidiary.

  • Note Guaranty means the guaranty of the Notes by a Guarantor pursuant to this Indenture.
