Examples of Draw Fee in a sentence
Purchaser shall have received payment from Seller of all costs and expenses of Purchaser in connection with the Transaction (including reasonable out-of-pocket fees and costs of outside counsel) and any applicable Draw Fee, Annual Asset Fee and/or Exit Fee; provided, that Seller agrees to pay all such costs and expenses with respect to any proposed Asset that Purchaser determines will not be a Purchased Asset within five (5) Business Days of Purchaser’s written notice of such determination.
Purchaser shall fail to receive any applicable Draw Fee, Annual Asset Fee or Exit Fee as and when due; provided that if the failure to pay is due to an Account Bank or Servicer administrative error that is curable, Seller shall have three (3) Business Days to cure or caused to be cured such failure to pay.
