Construction Drawings and Specifications definition

Construction Drawings and Specifications means the Owner-approved Drawings and Specifications that Contractor will use to execute Work.
Construction Drawings and Specifications as used herein shall mean the construction working drawings, the mechanical, electrical and other technical specifications, and the finishing details, including wall finishes and colors and technical and mechanical equipment installation, if any, all of which details the installation of the Tenant Improvements in the Premises. The Construction Drawings shall be signed by Tenant’s Representative and shall:
Construction Drawings and Specifications means the final working drawings and specifications for the Work, issued by Engineer and describing the size, character, design, construction, materials, finishes, and structural, mechanical, electrical and other systems of the Project. The Construction Drawings and Specifications are listed in Exhibit E attached hereto.

More Definitions of Construction Drawings and Specifications

Construction Drawings and Specifications means complete construction drawings placed on a 24"x 36" sheet completed by a licensed Colorado engineer.
Construction Drawings and Specifications means the final working drawings and specifications for the Work, produced by Engineer, describing the size, character, design, construction, materials, finishes, and structural, mechanical, electrical and other systems of the Project, which documents shall conform to the requirements set forth in or reasonably inferable from the drawings and specifications listed on and other information and documents identified in Exhibit G attached hereto.

Tenant shall cooperate with Landlord in the finalization of the Construction Drawings and Specifications and shall notify Landlord of Tenant’s selection of the color of paint, carpet or other materials within five (5) business days of Landlord’s request for such selection. Reference to the Construction Drawings and Specifications with respect to the entire Premises is attached hereto as Exhibit C-1.
Construction Drawings and Specifications means the construction level detailed and coordinated drawings and specifications for Landlord’s Work prepared by or on behalf of the Project Architect pursuant and in compliance with Sections 3.3 and 3.7 of this Work Letter. “Contract Documents” means, collectively, this Work Letter and the Construction Drawings and Specifications.
Construction Drawings and Specifications means the construction drawings and specifications prepared based upon the space plan for the construction of Tenant’s Improvements, as provided in the Work Letter.
