Dry Dock Schedule definition

Dry Dock Schedule means the planned schedule of maintenance to be performed on each ship in a dry dock. "Effective Communication" means communication with persons with disabilities that is as effective as communications with others. Effective communication is achieved by furnishing appropriate auxiliary aids and services where necessary to afford an individual with a disability an equal opportunity to participate in or benefit from a good, service, facility, privilege, advantage, or accommodation that is afforded to other individuals. 28 C.F.R. § 36.303(c). "Effective Date" means the date by which this Agreement is signed by all parties. "Fully Accessible Cabin (FAC)" means a cabin with accessible elements that comply with the requirements for transient lodging guest rooms pursuant to the 1991 ADA Standards §§ 9.1.2 and 9.2; including those cabins with accessible elements that comply with the 2010 ADA Standards §§ 224.2 and 806.2. "Fully Accessible Cabin-Single Side Approach (FAC-SSA)" means a FAC that provides an accessible route and clear floor space on only one side of the bed in a cabin configured to provide one bed and between the beds in a cabin configured to provide two beds. "Implementation Document" means those policies, practices, and procedures created by the Company as of the Effective Date of this Agreement that will implement and enforce the Corporate Accessibility Standards. "Meta" means a general cabin classification based upon the features available in a specific cabin, including suite, balcony, ocean view and interior cabins. The specific name and number of Metas may differ among and between each Covered Brand. "Standard Cabin" means a cabin that does not contain permanent accessibility features.

  • Project Completion Schedule means the progressive Project Milestones set forth in Schedule-J for completion of the Project Highway on or before the Scheduled Completion Date;

  • Tariff Schedule means the tariff schedule contained in Annexure B to this Access Arrangement or, if Envestra has published a revised tariff schedule, the tariff schedule in effect from time to time.

  • Time Schedule means the Time Schedule for final completion of the Works or Mechanical Completion of the Plant(s)/Unit(s) as the case may be, incorporated in the Contract or as may be extended by the OWNER or Engineer-in-Charge pursuant to the provisions hereof and shall include interim time schedules set up for achieving interim/phase-wise/stage-wise progress/completion/testing/commissioning/handing over, as may be prescribed by the OWNER/Engineer-in-Charge, within the overall Time Schedule as originally envisaged or as extended.

  • Shift Schedule means a written statement setting forth the days and hours upon which the employees are required to work.

  • Amortization Schedule means, with respect to each Equipment Note, the amortization schedule for such Equipment Note delivered pursuant to Section 2.02 of the Trust Indenture.

  • Equipment Schedule means (a) each Equipment Schedule attached to the applicable Requisition and (b) each Equipment Schedule attached to the applicable Lease Supplement.

  • Order Schedule means an MSC Order Schedule (or other order document) agreed to by Customer and MSC, and which incorporates this Agreement, by reference or otherwise, and sets forth, among other things, the Software, Maintenance and/or Services ordered.

  • Schedule of Work means that schedule attached to the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement setting forth the timing of work to be performed by the Constructing Entity pursuant to the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement, based upon the Facilities Study and subject to modification, as required, in accordance with Transmission Provider’s scope change process for interconnection projects set forth in the PJM Manuals. Scope of Work:

  • Allocation Schedule has the meaning set forth in Section 2.07.

  • Milestone Schedule means Seller’s milestone schedule, the form of which is attached to this Agreement as Exhibit Q.

  • Reference Schedule means the reference schedule in Part A of this Invitation

  • Price Schedule means the schedules or any part or individual schedule thereof, submitted by the Bidder with his Bid and forming a part of the Contract;

  • Asset Schedule means with respect to any Transaction as of any date, an asset schedule in the form of a computer tape or other electronic medium (including an Excel spreadsheet) generated by Seller and delivered to Buyer and the Custodian, which provides information (including, without limitation, the information set forth on Exhibit E attached hereto) relating to the Purchased Mortgage Loans in a format reasonably acceptable to Buyer.

  • PRICED SCHEDULE OR QUANTITIES means the schedule duly priced.
