Dual Degree Program. In order to most' effectively and efficiently offer the Elementary Education program to NDSU students, the Collaborative Student Registration process is utilized. The VCSU Elementary Education program at NDSU has been coordinated with the Human Development and Family Science degree program at NDSU.
