Due Date for Completion definition

Due Date for Completion means the date stated in 5.1 of the Special Conditions, as may be adjusted in accordance with the Contract.
Due Date for Completion means the date on the last day of the Time for Completion or any extension thereto of the whole of the Works or any Section thereof.
Due Date for Completion means the date specified in clause 2 of the Special Conditions of Contract, subject to adjustment due to any Variation or matters outside of the parties control.

Examples of Due Date for Completion in a sentence

  • Upon receipt of a Variation Request under clause 6.1, the Contractor will respond to the Principal as soon as reasonably practicable but no later than five (5) Working Days and advise the Principal of any resulting change in the Due Date for Completion and the Contract Price where possible or where this is not possible the proposed charges on a time attendance basis.

  • Following the Contractor’s response, the parties must agree in writing on the Variation(s) to the Project, any change in the Due Date for Completion and the Contract Price or proposed charges (as the case may be).

Related to Due Date for Completion

  • Time for Completion means the time for completing the Works as stated in the Contract Data (or as extended under Sub-Clause 7.3), calculated from the Commencement Date.

  • Final Completion means the date determined and certified by A/E and Owner on which the Work is fully and satisfactorily complete in accordance with the Contract.

  • Tests after Completion means the tests (if any) which are specified in the Contract and which are carried out in accordance with the Specification after the Works or a Section (as the case may be) are taken over by the Procuring Entity.

  • Project Completion Date means the date on which the Completion Certificate is issued;

  • Certificate of Completion means the certificate of completion given by the Engineer-in-charge pursuant to clause 40 of these conditions;

  • Phase 1 means the phase of the ATP comprised of: (1) improvements to the State Street Substation; (2) construction of the Proposed Line; (3) the rebuilding of NYSEG’s existing Lines 971 and 000 xxxxx xx Xxxxxxxx Xxxx xx the NYSEG ROW to allow for construction of the Proposed Line as intended; (4) improvements to the Elbridge Substation to accept the Proposed Line; and (5) National Grid’s conveyance to NYSEG of the NYSEG Acquired ROW and such other land interests as contemplated by the Purchase and Sale Agreement.

  • project completion period means the period of sixty (60) months commencing from and expiring on for the construction and obtaining of Temporary Occupation Permit or Permits for the whole of the Development as provided in clause 3.3;
