Early Remarketing definition

Early Remarketing has the meaning set forth in the Purchase Contract and Pledge Agreement.
Early Remarketing means a Remarketing conducted pursuant to the provisions of Section 3.4.

Examples of Early Remarketing in a sentence

  • If there is no Successful Remarketing during the Period for Early Remarketing or the Final Three-Day Remarketing Period, the Coupon Rate on the Debentures will not be reset but will continue at the initial Coupon Rate.

  • If there is no Successful Remarketing during the Period for Early Remarketing or the Final Three‑Day Remarketing Period, the Coupon Rate on the Debentures will not be reset but will continue at the initial Coupon Rate.

  • If the Remarketing Agent is unsuccessful on the first Early Remarketing Date during such Early Remarketing Period, a subsequent Remarketing shall be attempted (unless impracticable) by the Remarketing Agent on each of the two following Early Remarketing Dates in that Early Remarketing Period until a Successful Early Remarketing occurs.
