ECB Guidelines definition

ECB Guidelines mean the Master Circular on External Commercial Borrowing and Trade Credits dated 2 July 2012 issued by RBI read together with Section 6(3)(d) of the Foreign Exchange Management Act, 1999 and regulation 6 of Notification No. FEMA 3/2000-RB dated 3 May 2000, as amended, modified or replaced from time to time;
ECB Guidelines means the Guideline of the European Central Bank of 20 September 2011 (ECB/2011/14), published on the Official Gazette of the European Union no. 331 of 14 December 2011, as amended by the Guideline of the European Central Bank on 26 November 2012 (ECB/2012/25) published on the Official Gazette of the European Union no. 348 on 18 December 2012, both relating to monetary policy instruments and procedures of the Eurosystem, and the decisions of the European Central Bank dated, respectively, 20 March 2013 (ECB/2013/6), on the rules concerning the use as collateral for Eurosystem monetary policy operations of own-use uncovered government-guaranteed bank bonds, and 26 September 2013 on additional measures relating to Eurosystem refinancing operations and eligibility of collateral (ECB/2013/35), as subsequently amended and supplemented.
ECB Guidelines means the master circular on External Commercial Borrowings and Trade Credit dated July 1, 2008 issued by the RBI as amended, supplemented or updated from time to time. Equity Interest shall mean the extent of issued share capital of the Borrower subscribed to by the Sponsor.

Examples of ECB Guidelines in a sentence

  • DFC shall have received evidence satisfactory to it that (a) the Borrower has filed with the RBI the monthly ECB 2 form in accordance with the ECB Guidelines and (b) the Borrower has obtained any other Consent that may be required of the Borrower under Applicable Laws (including ECB Guidelines) so that it can borrow such Disbursement.

  • The Borrower shall apply to the RBI to obtain a loan registration number for the Facility within 15 (fifteen) days of the date of this Agreement, in accordance with the ECB Guidelines.

  • The Borrower shall make all necessary filings and reporting for the Loan in compliance with the ECB Guidelines.

  • The Co-Manager may make use of electronic messages as in Annex 1 of Harmonised Conditions for participation in TARGET2 according to ECB Guidelines 5th December 2012 (BCE/2012/27) to: - debit the co-managed account, to credit the co-manager’s own or a third party account; - receive notifications and information about the co-managed account.

  • During the month following the termination, the Bank of Finland shall instruct the other party, with a view to the ECB Guidelines, the Bank of Finland's statutory duties as a national central bank and the individual terms of any outstanding monetary policy operations, to detach from the counterparty status, including the netting of any obligations between the parties.

  • A copy of the letter from the RBI allotting a loan identification number to the Facility under the ECB Guidelines.

  • The Facility would, accordingly, be subject to the ECB Guidelines and the prescribed reporting and disclosure requirements.
