Electronic Engineering Services means services related to the provision of electronic systems and detailing the terminations, signals and interconnections of electronic components as distinct from conventional electrical HV, MV and LV systems and related reticulation.

Electronic Engineering Services means services related to the provision of complex purpose designed electronic systems and detailing the terminations, signals and interconnections of electronic components as distinct from proprietary designed electronic systems and conventional electrical HV, MV and LV systems and related reticulation.(i)“Engineering Project” means a project of which the scope comprises mainly engineering work.(ii)“Industrial Engineering Services” means services related to the integration of resources and processes into cohesive strategies, structures and systems for the effective and efficient delivery of quality goods and services. (iii)“normal services” means the services set out in clause 3.1;(iv)“Principal Agent” means the Professional Service Provider appointed as such.(v)“project” means any total scheme envisaged by a client, including all the works and services concerned;(vi)“scope of work” means the portion of the works for which the consulting engineer is engaged. (vii)“scope of services and/or services” means the services contemplated in clause 3. on a project for which a consulting engineer is engaged;(viii)“stage” means a stage of normal services set out in clause 3.1;(ix)“the Act” means the Engineering Profession Act, 2000 (Act No. 46 of 2000);(x)“total annual cost of employment” means the total annual cost of employment as defined in clause 4.(4);(xi)“works” means the activities on a project for which contractors are under contract to the client to perform or are intended to be performed, including the supply of goods and equipment; 2.4Short TitleThis Schedule is called the ECSA Guideline for Services and Processes for Estimating Fees for Registered Persons 2013.

Related to Electronic Engineering Services

  • Engineering Services means infrastructure for –

  • Systems Engineering means preparing specifications, identifying and resolving interface problems, developing test requirements, evaluating test data, and supervising design.

  • external engineering service means an engineering service situated outside the boundaries of a land area and that is necessary to serve the use and development of the land area;

  • Electronic Subcontracting Reporting System (eSRS) means the Governmentwide, electronic, web-based system for small business subcontracting program reporting. The eSRS is located at http://www.esrs.gov.

  • Monitoring Services shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2(b) of this Agreement.

ENDS are not FDA-approved nicotine replacement therapy devices.

  • Training Services means access to Red Hat training courses, including online courses or courses provided at a site as may be agreed by the parties.

  • Electronic and Information Resources Accessibility Standards means the accessibility standards for electronic and information resources contained in 1 Texas Administrative Code Chapter 213.

  • Detailed telecommunications billing service means an ancillary service of separately stating information pertaining to individual calls on a customer's billing statement.

  • Delivery Services means those services provided by the

  • Hosting Services means the provision, administration, and maintenance of servers and related equipment, the provision of bandwidth at the hosting facility, and the operation of the Application for access by Customer Users to be provided by the relevant hosting service provider.

  • Electronic Services means a service provided by us, for example an Internet trading service offering clients access to information and trading facilities, via an internet service, a WAP service and/or an electronic order routing system.

  • Implementation Services has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

  • Engineering means the application of scientific knowledge for the design, control, or use of building structures, equipment, or apparatus.

  • Technical Services means all services that are necessary to carry out individual, scattered site activities including but not limited to: (1) conducting initial inspections, (2) work write-up or project specification development, (3) cost estimate preparation, (4) construction supervision associated with activities that do not require an architect or engineer, (5) lead hazard reduction or lead abatement need determination and oversight, (6) lead hazard reduction or abatement carrying costs, (7) temporary relocation coordination, (8) financing costs such as security agreement preparation and recording or filing fees, (9) processing of individual applications for assistance, (10) income eligibility determination and verification, (11) value determination (new construction) or after rehabilitation value determination (existing structures), and (12) project-specific environmental clearance processes.

  • Telecommunication Services means the offering of Telecommunications for a fee directly to the public, or to such classes of users as to be effectively available directly to the public, regardless of the facilities used.

  • Geotechnical engineer means a Professional Engineer whose principal field of specialization is the design and Construction of earthworks in a permafrost environment.

  • Electronic Equipment means the items as specified in the Schedule and which are contained or fixed at or in the Insured Premises.

  • Manufacturing Services means the manufacturing, quality control, quality assurance, stability testing, packaging, and related services, as set forth in this Agreement, required to manufacture Product or Products using the Active Materials, Components, and Xxxx Back Items;

  • Technical Support Services means the technical support and maintenance Services provided by us according to our then-current technical support policy and procedure listed at xxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx (“Technical Support Policy”) when the Services are purchased.

  • Auditing Services means those services within the scope of the practice of a certified public accounting firm licensed under Chapter 473 of the Florida Statutes, and qualified to conduct audits in accordance with government auditing standards as adopted by the Florida Board of Accountancy.

  • Design Services means architect services, engineer services or landscape architect services.

  • Processing Services means those services which are necessary to issue and service a Card and process a Transaction in accordance with Applicable Law.

  • Passenger Services means, those railway passenger services provided by or on behalf of the Beneficiary pursuant to the permission to use track granted in accordance with the Track Access Agreement;

  • electrical and electronic equipment or ‘EEE’ means equipment which is dependent on electric currents or electromagnetic fields in order to work properly and equipment for the generation, transfer and measurement of such currents and fields and designed for use with a voltage rating not exceeding 1 000 volts for alternating current and 1 500 volts for direct current;

  • Project Management Report means each report prepared in accordance with Section 4.02 of this Agreement;
