Normal Services. The Normal Services to be provided by the Consulting Engineer at each stage shall comprise all or any of the following as may be necessary in the particular case:-
Normal Services. Normal services include stage 1 to stage 6:
a) Stage 1 - Inception
b) Stage 2 - Concept and Viability (also termed Preliminary Design) c) Stage 3 - Design Development (also termed Detail Design) ANNEXURE 2: Scope of Services Page 12 of 25 d) Stage 4 - Documentation and Procurement
Normal Services are those which are described in Appendix 1, and which the Consultant is obliged to perform under this Agreement.
Normal Services. Normal services shall be subject to the following limitations:
(A) There shall be no more than two (2) services in any one (1) day. There shall be no more than three (3) consecutive days of double services.
(B) There may be no more than six (6) rehearsals in a week.
(C) There may be no more than four (4) concerts in a week.
(D) There shall be no concerts or rehearsals scheduled on Monday.
(E) Normal services for a week shall not exceed eight (8) in a six (6) day period.
(F) There shall be no Sunday rehearsals.
(G) There shall be no more than four (4) nighttime services per week and except for one time per season the four (4) nighttime services cannot be on four (4) consecutive nights.
(H) There shall be no more than three (3) weeks in which more than two (2) different programs will be permitted.
(I) There will be at least one week in each season of only seven (7) services, paid as eight-service weeks.
(J) The aforementioned rules in Section 14.2 do not apply to "Members of" services.
Normal Services. The provision of all services described in Clauses 3.2.1 to 3.2.6 (inclusive) of the Scope of Services and Tariff of Fees for Persons Registered in terms of the Engineering Profession Act, 46 of 2000, as gazetted in Government Gazette No. 44333, 26 March 2021, as amended or amplified upon in the Project Brief below.
Normal Services. Normal property management does not include monthly or quarterly inspections; representation at court hearings or depositions; homeowner meetings; providing on-site management, property sales, or preparing Property for sale; supervising and coordinating modernization, rehabilitation, fire or major damage restoration projects; obtaining income tax, accounting or legal advice; advising on proposed new construction; debt collection, counseling, legal proceedings, XXX xxxx payment management, Home Warranty repair coordination, or insurance-related paperwork and estimates.

Normal Services. The provision of all services described in Clauses 3.2.1 to 3.2.6 (inclusive) of Board Notice 138 of 2015: Guideline Scope of Services and Tariff of Fees for Persons Registered in terms of the Engineering Profession Act, 2000 (Act No 46 of 2000), published in Government Gazette No 39480, 4 December 2015, as amended or amplified upon in the project brief below. The costs of all stages (item No. 1.1: C2.2 Schedule of Rates) will be based on actual hours at the applicable tendered rates, which shall be backed up by approved time sheets.
Normal Services. The service provider must include the project manager, district manager, district engineer as well other Departments that will be impacted by the planned works and all PMT attendees in all correspondence and meeting invitations for all phases of work for all projects under the normal services.
