Electronic Vault Provider definition

Electronic Vault Provider means eOriginal, Inc., a Delaware corporation, and any successor or replacement third-party provider of the technology platform on which the Electronic Vault operates acting in such capacity with the consent of the Administrative Agent (with the written consent of the Required Lenders).

"Eligible Pool Balance" means, as of any date of determination, the sum of the Adjusted Principal Balances of all Eligible Receivables as of such date.
