Eligible Cardmembers definition

Eligible Cardmembers means all Principal Cardmembers of a UOB Card whose UOB Card and whose UOB Card accounts are valid, subsisting, in good standing and satisfactorily conducted, as determined by UOB at its discretion. Without limiting the generality of the above, the following persons shall not be eligible for the Draw:

Eligible Cardmembers means customers who are valid and existing Shell Fleet Card Customers. For avoidance of doubt, Shell Escape Cardmembers, Shell Value Drive Cardmembers, Shell Value Care Cardmembers and all commercial and business Credit and Debit cards are excluded from this Promotion.

Eligible Cardmembers means the Customers of The Bank who has applied and has been issued a Principal Card and/or Supplementary Card during the Programme Period as herein described.

• These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia and the Eligible Cardmembers agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

• SMS sent by Eligible Cardmembers to 66628 for registration purpose shall be deemed as consent to participate in the Campaign.

• Eligible Cardmembers also agree that their continued participation in this Campaign will constitute their acceptance of these terms and conditions (as varied from time to time).

• Based on the Qualifying Entries earned, Eligible Cardmembers shall be shortlisted by Maybank’s randomizer programme for the respective Prizes.

• Eligible Cardmembers are solely responsible to ensure that the details in the registration SMS sent to 66628 are complete, accurate, and within the Campaign Period; failing which, the registration SMS will not be processed and deemed invalid or unsuccessful.

Eligible Cardmembers means customers who are valid and existing Shell Escape Cardmembers / Shell GO+ members and who hold a personal credit card issued by UOB in Singapore (a “Card”) which is valid, subsisting, in good standing and satisfactorily conducted, as determined by UOB at its sole discretion. For avoidance of doubt, Corporate Shell Card and all commercial and business Credit and Debit cards are excluded from this Promotion.

Eligible Cardmembers means Cardmembers who meet the eligibility requirements set forth in these terms and conditions.

Eligible Cardmembers means all Principal Cardmembers and Supplementary Cardmembers holding a personal UOB debit or credit card issued in Singapore (collectively referred to as “Cards” and each a “Card”) which is valid, subsisting, in good standing and satisfactorily conducted, as determined by UOB at its discretion. For avoidance of doubt, all commercial and business debit and credit cards are excluded from this Promotion.

Eligible Cardmembers means Principal Cardmembers of Eligible Cards whose card account(s) are valid, subsisting and satisfactorily conducted in the opinion of UOB. “Cardmembers” shall mean Eligible Cardmembers and Supplementary Cardmembers. For avoidance of doubt, all commercial and business debit and credit cards are excluded from this Promotion.

Eligible Cardmembers means all existing cardholders only of an Eligible Card and whose Eligible Card account(s) is subsisting, in good standing and satisfactorily conducted in the opinion of UOB.

Eligible Cardmembers refer to main cardmembers of the Eligible Card. The spend on any supplementary card(s) shall be consolidated under the main Eligible Cardmember’s account.
