Eligible Dwelling definition

Eligible Dwelling means a dwelling identified in clause 11.7 (Operational Obligations) (but not an Exempted Dwelling);

Examples of Eligible Dwelling in a sentence

  • An individual condominium unit or unit of an approved planned unit development is included within the definition of an Eligible Dwelling provided the requirements set forth in this section and elsewhere in this Manual are met.

  • Acquisition Cost means the cost of acquiring the Eligible Dwelling from the Seller as a completed residence.

  • An Eligible Borrower shall covenant to occupy the Eligible Dwelling as a principal residence within 60 days after the closing of the Mortgage Loan.

  • Unless the residence can reasonably be expected to become the principal residence of the Eligible Borrower within 60 days of the Loan closing date, the residence will not be considered an Eligible Dwelling and may not be financed with a CHFA Mortgage Loan.

  • The mortgage must obligate the borrower to maintain the Eligible Dwelling in good repair and condition, to keep the premises free and clear from other liens and encumbrances and to maintain hazard insurance in accordance with the requirements set forth in section 6.3.

Eligible Dwelling means a Dwelling being sold by the Provider in which the Provider has a Secure Legal Interest and which:
Eligible Dwelling means, with respect to an individual, an eligible dwelling as defined in section 118.04 of the federal Act, as that section read for the 2009 taxation year, that is the principal residence as defined in section 54 of the federal Act;

Eligible Dwelling means a resi­ dential structure (including a townhouse or rowhouse) containing four units or less, which is either (1) separated from other structures by standard firewalls or open space, or (2) contiguous to the ground and customarily regarded as a separate structure. The term does not include apartment, cooperative, or con­ dominium complexes containing more than four units, whether or not such units have separate legal titles, except where such units comply with subpara­ graph (1) or (2) of this paragraph.
