Eligible Installer definition

Eligible Installer means contractors that are currently trading, are registered with TrustMark1 and compliant with “PAS 2035:2019 Retrofitting dwellings for improved energy efficiency. Specification and guidance.” RPs should ensure that their installers hold the appropriate certifications for the Eligible Measures that they are installing. PAS 2035:2019 requires that all energy efficiency measures within the scope of the PAS2030:2019 standards must be delivered by installers who are certified to this standard and all low-carbon heating measures must be installed by a Microgeneration Certification Scheme (MCS) certified2 installer. We expect all contractors to work safely as we recover from the pandemic, following Covid-19 secure working practices.

Specification and guidance. Installers are required to have the appropriate certifications for the Eligible Measures that they are installing on behalf of the Authority as set out in the Proposal. PAS 2035:2019 requires that all energy efficiency measures within the scope of the PAS2030:2019 standards must be delivered by installers who are certified to this standard and all low-carbon heating measures must be installed by a MCS certified2 installer. We expect all contractors to work safely as we recover from the pandemic, following Covid-19 secure working practices.
Eligible Installer means installers that are currently trading, hold appropriate certification for the measures to be installed, and are registered with TrustMark1.

Examples of Eligible Installer in a sentence

  • The Eligible Installer must be present on site for or ensure that another Eligible Installer is present for a minimum of the assembling and erecting of the wind turbine and tower, and the wind energy system commissioning.

  • Upon receipt of any such notice of termination, the Eligible Installer shall cease the performance of Work, shall make no further commitments with respect thereto and shall reduce insofar as possible the amount of outstanding commitments.

  • The Eligible Installer is responsible for providing warranty coverage in a timely manner regardless of the level of support from the equipment manufacturer.

  • In such event, compensation shall be paid to the Eligible Installer for Work performed and expenses incurred for approved installations prior to the effective date of termination.

  • Neither NYSERDA nor the State of New York: (1) endorse any Eligible Installer; or (2) guaranty, warranty, or in any way represent or assume liability for any work proposed or carried out by an Eligible Installer.

Related to Eligible Installer

  • Removable Installations means any items listed on Exhibit F attached hereto and any items agreed by Landlord in writing to be included on Exhibit F in the future, (y) “Tenant’s Property” means Removable Installations and, other than Installations, any personal property or equipment of Tenant that may be removed without material damage to the Premises, and (z) “Installations” means all property of any kind paid for by Landlord, all Alterations, all fixtures, and all partitions, hardware, built-in machinery, built-in casework and cabinets and other similar additions, equipment, property and improvements built into the Premises so as to become an integral part of the Premises, including, without limitation, fume hoods which penetrate the roof or plenum area, built-in cold rooms, built-in warm rooms, walk-in cold rooms, walk-in warm rooms, deionized water systems, glass washing equipment, autoclaves, chillers, built-in plumbing, electrical and mechanical equipment and systems, and any power generator and transfer switch.

  • Eligible Institution Any of the following:

  • offshore installation means any installation which is intended for underwater exploitation of mineral resources or exploration with a view to such exploitation;

  • drainage installation means a system situated on any premises and vested in the owner thereof and is used for or intended to be used for or in connection with the reception, storage, treatment or conveyance of sewage on that premises to the connecting point and includes drains, fittings, appliances, septic tanks, conservancy tanks, pit latrines and private pumping installations forming part of or ancillary to such systems;

  • Permitted Installation means the activities and the limits to those activities described in Table 1.1.1 of this Permit.

  • Eligible Instruments means monetary assets, money market instruments and securities that are payable in Dollars only and essentially risk free as to collection of principal and interest, including U.S. Government Obligations.

  • Type 3 Installation means any Technical Installation upon which none of the SW, or only a portion of the SW, deployed is licensed for Use with such TPD, and therefore a TPD is not deployed or running.

  • Type 1 Installation means any Technical Installation upon which all SW deployed is licensed for Use with, and is running on, such TPD;

  • Ineligible Institution has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 9.04(b).

  • Standard Installation means the installation of drop cable to a customer’s premise where the distance from the point of entry into the building being served is less than 150 feet from the active cable television system plant.

  • Nuclear installation means any installation of such class or description as may be prescribed by regulations made by the relevant Secretary of State from time to time by statutory instrument, being an installation designed or adapted for:

  • New installation means an installation, construction of which began after the effective date of any regulation having application to it.

  • Type 2 Installation means any Technical Installation upon which all SW deployed is licensed for Use with, but is not running on, such TPD; and,

  • Military installation means: a base, camp, post, station, yard, center, homeport facility for any ship, or other activity under the jurisdiction of the Department of Defense, including any leased facility, which is located within any of the several States, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, American Samoa, the Northern Marianas Islands and any other U.S. Territory. Such term does not include any facility used primarily for civil works, rivers and harbors projects, or flood control projects.

  • Permanent radiographic installation means an enclosed shielded room, cell, or vault, not located at a temporary jobsite, in which radiography is performed.

  • electrical installation means an electrical installation as defined in the Regulations;

  • Qualified Account means an Account of Borrower generated in the ordinary course of Borrower's business from the rendition of Healthcare Services pursuant to a Customer Contract which Lender, in its sole credit judgment, deems to be a Qualified Account. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, no Account shall be a Qualified Account if: (a) the Account or any portion of the Account is payable by an individual beneficiary, recipient or subscriber individually and not directly to Borrower by an Account Debtor acceptable to Lender in its sole discretion; (b) the Account remains unpaid more than one hundred and twenty (120) calendar days past the claim or invoice date (but in no event more than one hundred and thirty five (135) calendar days after the applicable Healthcare Services have been rendered); (c) the Account is subject to any defense, set-off, counterclaim, deduction, discount, credit, chargeback, freight claim, allowance, or adjustment of any kind; (d) any part of any goods the sale of which has given rise to the Account has been returned, rejected, lost, or damaged; (e) if the Account arises from the sale of goods by Borrower, the sale was not an absolute sale, or the sale was made on consignment or on approval or on a sale-or-return basis, or the sale was made subject to any other repurchase or return agreement, or the goods have not been shipped to the Account Debtor or its designee; (f) if the Account arises from the performance of Healthcare Services, where the Healthcare Services have not been actually been performed or the Healthcare Services were undertaken in violation of any law; (g) the Account is subject to a lien other than a Permitted Lien; (h) Borrower knows or should have known of the bankruptcy, receivership, reorganization, or insolvency of the Account Debtor; (i) the Account is evidenced by chattel paper or an instrument of any kind, or has been reduced to judgment; (j) the Account is an Account of an Account Debtor having its principal place of business or executive office outside the United States; (k) the Account Debtor is an Affiliate or Subsidiary of Borrower; (l) more than twenty percent (20%) of the aggregate balance of all Accounts owing from the Account Debtor obligated on the Account are outstanding more than one hundred and twenty (120) calendar days past their invoice date; (m) fifty percent (50%) or more of the aggregate unpaid Accounts from any single Account Debtor are not deemed Qualified Accounts under this Agreement; (n) the total unpaid Accounts of any single Account Debtor exceed twenty percent (20%) of the net amount of all Qualified Accounts; (o) any covenant, representation or warranty contained in the Loan Documents with respect to such Account has been breached; (p) any Account which is based on a contract which is invoiced and/or paid based on a percentage of completion basis; (q) any Account which is based on a contract in which Borrower is paid for services and which services have not yet been fully provided by Borrower; (r) any license fee (other than fees which are paid on a month-to-month basis and are otherwise eligible hereunder); or (s) the Account fails to meet such other specifications and requirements which may from time to time be established

  • Existing installation means an installation, construction of which began prior to the effective date of any regulation having application to it.

  • Qualified Depository A depository the accounts of which are insured by the FDIC through the BIF or the SAIF and the debt obligations of which are rated AA or better by Standard & Poor's Corporation.

  • Building, structure, facility, or installation means all of the pollutant-emitting activities which belong to the same industrial grouping, are located on one or more contiguous or adjacent properties, and are under the control of the same person (or persons under common control) except the activities of any vessel. Pollutant-emitting activities shall be considered as part of the same industrial grouping if they belong to the same major group (i.e., which have the same two-digit code) as described in the Standard Industrial Classification Manual, 1972, as amended by the 1977 Supplement (U.S. Government Printing Office stock numbers 4101-0066 and 003-005-00176-0, respectively).

  • meter installation means the meter and, if so equipped, the instrument transformers, wiring, test links, fuses, lamps, loss of potential alarms, meters, data recorders, telecommunication equipment and spin-off data facilities installed to measure power past a meter point, provide remote access to the metered data and monitor the condition of the installed equipment;

  • water installation means the pipes and water fittings which are situated on any premises and ownership thereof vests in the owner thereof and used or intended to be used in connection with the use of water on such premises, and includes a pipe and water fitting situated outside the boundary of the premises, which either connects to the connection pipe relating to such premises or is otherwise laid with the permission of the municipality;

  • Utility Installation means carpeting, window and wall coverings, power panels, electrical distribution systems, lighting fixtures, air conditioning, plumbing, and telephone and telecommunication wiring and equipment. At the expiration of the term, Lessor may require the removal of any or all of said alterations, improvements, additions or Utility Installations, and the restoration of the Premises and the Office Building Project to their prior condition, at Lessee's expense. Should Lessor permit Lessee to make its own alterations, improvements, additions or Utility Installations, Lessee shall use only such contractor as has been expressly approved by Lessor, and Lessor may require Lessee to provide Lessor, at Lessee's sole cost and expense, a lien and completion bond in an amount equal to one and one-half times the estimated cost of such improvements, to insure Lessor against any liability for mechanic's and materialmen's liens and to insure completion of the work. Should Lessee make any alterations, improvements, additions or Utility Installations without the prior approval of Lessor, or use a contractor not expressly approved by Lessor, Lessor may, at any time during the term of this Lease, require that Lessee remove any part or all of the same.

  • Holding Account means an account:

  • Replacement Property means any property which is placed in service as a replacement for any item of Equipment or any Improvement previously subject to this Fee Agreement regardless of whether such property serves the same functions as the property it is replacing and regardless of whether more than one piece of property replaces any item of Equipment or any Improvement to the fullest extent that the FILOT Act permits.

  • Utility Installations is used in this Lease to refer to all air lines, power panels, electrical distribution, security, fire protection systems, communications systems, lighting fixtures, heating, ventilating and air conditioning equipment, plumbing, and fencing in, on or about the Premises. The term "TRADE FIXTURES" shall mean Lessee's machinery and equipment which can be removed without doing material damage to the Premises. The term "ALTERATIONS" shall mean any modification of the improvements on the Premises which are provided by Lessor under the terms of this Lease, other than Utility Installations or Trade Fixtures. "LESSEE-OWNED ALTERATIONS AND/OR UTILITY INSTALLATIONS" are defined as Alterations and/or Utility Installations made by Lessee that are not yet owned by Lessor pursuant to Paragraph 7.4(a). Lessee shall not make nor cause to be made any Alterations or Utility Installations in, on, under or about the Premises without Lessor's prior written consent. Lessee may, however, make non-structural Utility Installations to the interior of the Premises (excluding the roof) without Lessor's consent but upon notice to Lessor, so long as they are not visible from the outside of the Premises, do not involve puncturing, relocating or removing the roof or any existing walls, or changing or interfering with the fire sprinkler or fire detection systems and the cumulative cost thereof during the term of this Lease as extended does not exceed $2,500.00.
