Eligible Works definition

Eligible Works means the works which the Council have agreed to include in a Schedule of Works which form the basis for grant assistance
Eligible Works means: Consultancy work as “Project Management Consultant/ General Consultant” for a new railway line or gauge conversion of a railway line or doubling / tripling / quadrupling of a railway line or modern rail-based mass rapid transit system excluding LRT/ TRAM/ Monorail Systems”.
Eligible Works means the description of the relevant part of the Works nominated in the Clause Bank Supplement to be the subject of a bonus for early completion.

  • Participation Criteria and Process – Eligible Business (Service Provider)‌4.1. Eligibility‌To carry out Eligible Works for an Eligible Recipient, the business must be an Eligible Business and must be successfully registered with the Department after providing a quotation to an Eligible Recipient.

  • An Eligible Business may outsource and/or sub-contract the electrical works and/or battery installation component of the Eligible Works to another Eligible Business and satisfactory evidence of such must be provided to the Department at the same time as approval for a quotation is sought.

More Definitions of Eligible Works

Eligible Works means works to the Grantee’s property of the type set out in Appendix 1.
Eligible Works means: Consultancy work as “Project Management Consultant/ General Consultant” for a new railway line or gauge conversion of a railway line or doubling / tripling / quadrupling of a railway line or modern rail-based mass rapid transit system excluding LRT/ TRAM/ Monorail Systems”. Experience in 3rd Rail Traction will not be counted as eligible Electrical & OHE works.
Eligible Works means such works to the Property as are reasonably foreseeable and determined by the Council as necessary in accordance with Clause 3.1 on a full inspection of the Property and as agreed with the Borrower, but excluding any works covered by the Borrower's buildings insurance

Related to Eligible Works

  • Developed Software means software specifically designed for the Principal under the Contract. Depending how advanced its development is, it may be either a Product or a Service or both.

  • The Works means the work or works to be executed or done under this contract.

  • Developed Materials means Materials created, made, or developed by Contractor or Subcontractors, either solely or jointly with the Court or Court Contractors, in the course of providing the Work under this Agreement, and all Intellectual Property Rights therein and thereto, including, without limitation, (i) all work-in-process, data or information, (ii) all modifications, enhancements and derivative works made to Contractor Materials, and (iii) all Deliverables; provided, however, that Developed Materials do not include Contractor Materials.

  • Designated Computer means the computers and the upgraded computers thereof installed in the offices of the Licensee.

  • Developed Technology means any Technology including, without limitation, any enhancements, substitutions or improvements to the Core Technology that is (a) discovered, developed or otherwise acquired by DURA pursuant to the terms of the Development Agreement or (b) otherwise acquired by or on behalf of Xxxxxx Corp. II during the term of the Development Agreement.

  • Permanent Works means the permanent works to be executed (including Plant) in accordance with the Contract.

  • Work/ works means work / works to be executed in accordance with the contract.

  • Eligible Projects means projects as described in Schedule B.

  • Restricted computer software means computer software developed at private expense and that is a trade secret, is commercial or financial and confidential or privileged, or is copyrighted computer software, including minor modifications of the computer software.

  • Eligible Products collectively means certain Dell and Dell EMC hardware, software product(s) and services related to the Dell Technologies Client Solutions Group (“CSG”) and Infrastructure Solutions Group (“ISG”) lines of business in the product categories (each an “Eligible Product Category”).   • Eligible personal property means property that meets all of the following conditions:

  • Minor Works has the meaning given to it in paragraph 2.7(a) of Schedule 4 (Persons with Disabilities and Disability Discrimination);

  • Dual status military technician means a federal civilian employee who is:

  • Contractor attributional/proprietary information means information that identifies the contractor(s), whether directly or indirectly, by the grouping of information that can be traced back to the contractor(s) (e.g., program description, facility locations), personally identifiable information, as well as trade secrets, commercial or financial information, or other commercially sensitive information that is not customarily shared outside of the company.

  • Eligible Users means those authorized to use State Cooperative Contracts and includes the State of Utah’s government departments, institutions, agencies, political subdivisions (e.g., colleges, school districts, counties, cities, etc.), and, as applicable, nonprofit organizations, agencies of the federal government, or any other entity authorized by the laws of the State of Utah to participate in State Cooperative Contracts.

  • Day works means varied work inputs subject to payment on a time basis for the Service Provider's employees and equipment, in addition to payments for associated materials and administration.

  • Contractor Software means software which is proprietary to the Contractor, including software which is or will be used by the Contractor for the purposes of providing the Services.

  • Customized employment means an approach to supported employment which individualizes the employment relationship between employees and employers in ways that meet the needs of both. Customized employment is based on an individualized determination of the strengths, needs, and interests of the person with a disability and is also designed to meet the specific needs of the employer. Customized employment may include employment developed through job carving, self-employment or entrepreneurial initiatives, or other job development or restructuring strategies that result in job responsibilities being customized and individually negotiated to fit the needs of the individual with a disability. Customized employment assumes the provision of reasonable accommodations and supports necessary for the individual to perform the functions of a job that is individually negotiated and developed.

  • Work Products are defined as all materials, tangible or not, created in whatever medium pursuant to this Agreement, including without limitation publications, promotional or educational materials, reports, manuals, specifications, drawings and sketches, computer programs, software and databases, schematics, marks, logos, graphic designs, notes, matters and combinations thereof, and all forms of intellectual property.

  • Eligible Recipients means all Employees, all Non-Employee Directors and all Consultants.

  • live-work unit means a unit intended for both residential and non-residential uses concurrently;

  • Contractor attributional/proprietary information means information that identifies the contractor(s), whether directly or indirectly, by the grouping of information that can be traced back to the contractor(s) (e.g., program description, facility locations), personally identifiable information, as well as trade secrets, commercial or financial information, or other commercially sensitive information that is not customarily shared outside of the company.

  • The Works/ Project means the works to be executed or done under this contract.

  • Controlled technical information means technical information with military or space application that is subject to controls on the access, use, reproduction, modification, performance, display, release, disclosure, or dissemination. Controlled technical information would meet the criteria, if disseminated, for distribution statements B through F using the criteria set forth in DoD Instruction 5230.24, Distribution Statements on Technical Documents. The term does not include information that is lawfully publicly available without restrictions.

  • Eligible program means a program of education or training which:

  • Nail technician means any person who for compensation manicures or pedicures natural nails, or who performs artificial nail services for compensation, or any combination thereof.
