Emergency Security Issue definition

Emergency Security Issue means either: (a) Customer’s use of the Services in violation of the Acceptable Use Policy, which could disrupt: (i) the Services; (ii) other customers’ use of the Services; or (iii) the Google network or servers used to provide the Services; or (b) unauthorized third party access to the Services.
Emergency Security Issue means either: (a) Partner’s, Customer’s or Partner End Usersuse of the Services in violation of the AUP, which could disrupt: (i) the Services;

Emergency Security Issue means either: (a) Customer’s or Customer End Usersuse of the Services in violation of the AUP, which could disrupt: (i) the Services; (ii) other customers’ or their customer end users’ use of the Services; or (iii) the Google network or servers used to provide the Services; or (b) unauthorized third party access to the Services.
Emergency Security Issue means either: (a) Customer’s use of the Product in violation of the Acceptable Use Policy, which could disrupt: (i) the Product; (ii) other customers’ use of the Product; or (iii) the Provider network or servers used to provide the Product; or (b) unauthorized third party access to the Product.
Emergency Security Issue means any: (i) use of the Platform by Customer or End Users that disrupts or is reasonably likely to disrupt the availability of the Platform to other users; or (ii) access to the Platform by any unauthorized third party through use of any Customer Facilities.
Emergency Security Issue means either: (i) Customer’s use of the Cloud Services in a way that could disrupt: (a) the Cloud Services; (b) other customers’ use of the Cloud Services; or (c) the network or servers used to provide the Cloud Services; or (ii) unauthorized third-party access to the Cloud Services.
Emergency Security Issue means either: (a) Customer’s use of the ForgeRock Identity Cloud in violation of the AUP, which could disrupt: (i) the ForgeRock Identity Cloud, (ii) other customers’ or their customer end users’ use of the ForgeRock Identity Cloud, or (iii) the networks or servers used to provide the ForgeRock Identity Cloud; or (b) unauthorized third party access to the ForgeRock Identity Cloud.
Emergency Security Issue means any: (i) use of the System by Client in violation of the terms and conditions of this Agreement that disrupts or is reasonably likely to disrupt the availability of the System to other users or cause significant harm to the Hardware; or (ii) access to the System by any unauthorized third party through use of any Client Facilities.
Emergency Security Issue means either: (a) COUNTY’s use of the Service in violation of this Agreement or the Acceptable Use Policy, which could disrupt: (i) the Service, (ii) other institution’s use of the Service, or (iii) CONTRACTOR Systems used to provide the Service; or (b) unauthorized third party access to the Service.
