Emission Credits definition

Emission Credits means the allowances and credits issued or certified pursuant to the Federal Clean Air Act or analogous provisions of the Laws of the State of New York authorizing the emission of fixed quantities of SO2 or NOX, to the extent attributable to the Purchased Assets as of the Closing Date.
Emission Credits means credits earned when a manufacturer's reported fleet average is less than the required fleet average.
Emission Credits means the emission credits described more particularly in Section 1.1(f) of the MOC Agreement.

More Definitions of Emission Credits

Emission Credits means an authorization or credit to emit a specified amount of the pollutants NOx, SO2, PM, PM10, and PM2.5 that is authorized by, allocated by, or issued under an emissions trading or marketable permit program of any kind established under the CAA or the North Carolina SIP.
Emission Credits means any credit, benefit, payment or entitlement attributable to or resulting from emission, smog, pollution or greenhouse gas reduction, energy efficiency, energy conservation or other similar environment related activity, whether issued, granted or traded by government authority or otherwise, and whether created under or as a result of any municipal, provincial, federal or international legislation, regulation, program, protocol, treaty or pact. “Premises” means the location where the Work is completed as described in the Customer Information section on the face of this Agreement.
Emission Credits means the air emissions reduction credits related to the Project, which credits are currently held in the name of Sunrise.
Emission Credits contained in Section 1.1 of the Option Agreement is amended to read in its entirety as follows:
Emission Credits means all permits, credits, allowances, offsets, or similar instruments acquired by the Supplier or remittances required to be made by the Supplier pursuant to GHG Laws and Regulations for the Facility in connection with the emission of greenhouse gases due to the operation of the Facility on RFO or Gas.
