Emission Credits definition

Emission Credits means the allowances and credits issued or certified pursuant to the Federal Clean Air Act or analogous provisions of the Laws of the State of New York or other regional or local laws authorizing the emission of fixed quantities of SO2, NOX or CO2 and other emission compounds, to the extent attributable to the Purchased Assets as of the Closing Date.

Emission Credits means the emission credits described more particularly in Section 1.1(f) of the MOC Agreement.

Emission Credits means an authorization or credit to emit aspecified amount of the pollutants NOx, SO2, PM, PM10, and PM2.5 that is authorized by, allocated by, or issued under an emissions trading or marketable permit program of any kind established under the CAA or the North Carolina SIP.

More Definitions of Emission Credits

Emission Credits means any credit, benefit, payment or entitlement attributable to or resulting from emission, smog, pollution or greenhouse gas reduction, energy efficiency, energy conservation or other similar environment related activity, whether issued, granted or traded by government authority or otherwise, and whether created under or as a result of any municipal, provincial, federal or international legislation, regulation, program, protocol, treaty or pact. “Premises” means the location where the Work is completed as described in the Customer Information section on the face of this Agreement.

Emission Credits contained in Section 1.1 of the Option Agreement is amended to read in its entirety as follows:

Emission Credits means all permits, credits, allowances, offsets, or similar instruments acquired by the Supplier or remittances required to be made by the Supplier pursuant to GHG Laws and Regulations for the Facility in connection with the emission of greenhouse gases due to the operation of the Facility on RFO or Gas.

Emission Credits means any tradable instrument, certificate, allowance, entitlement, permit, economic or financial cost or benefit, tax or tax credit now or in the future which is associated with (in whole or in part) any emissions at the Facility (excluding any and all costs and expenses associated with applicable consents or regulations) including greenhouse gasses (including CO2, NOX or SO2-or any other liquid, solid or gas) and including the cost or benefit of any authorisations and allocations and international treaties or domestic Laws to produce or to offset any emissions in any period and including any rights or interest recognised under articles 6, 12 or 17 of the Kyoto Protocol or any successor international agreement;

Emission Credits. As defined in Section 7.12 of this Agreement.

Emission Credits means the air emissions reduction credits related to the Project, which credits are currently held in the name of Sunrise.

Emission Credits means credits earned when a manufacturer's reported fleet average is less than the required fleet average.
