Employment Letters definition

Employment Letters means contracts of employment or letters of appointment (as relevant).
Employment Letters means the letter agreements with the Key Employees entered into between Buyer (or its Affiliate) and each Key Employee.

Employment Letters shall have the meaning set forth in the Recitals.
