Employment Letters definition

Employment Letters has the meaning set forth in the Recitals of this Agreement.
Employment Letters means contracts of employment or letters of appointment (as relevant).
Employment Letters means the letter agreements with the Key Employees entered into between Buyer (or its Affiliate) and each Key Employee.

More Definitions of Employment Letters

Employment Letters means each of the separate Employment Letters to be entered into between each of the Shareholders and the Purchaser.
Employment Letters means agreements effective upon the Closing which shall be executed between the Target and each of Messrs. Xxxxx X. Xxxxx, Xxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxx Xxxxxxx, Xxxx X. Xxxxx and Xxxx X. Xxxx (each an "Employee"), in form and substance satisfactory to the Employee and the Buyer. Employment Letters shall be in the form of EXHIBIT B.
Employment Letters means the employment letter agreements and (in the case of the Seller) the consulting letter agreement, in the forms attached hereto as Exhibits D-1 through D-5 (including all attachments thereto), between the Company and each of the employees listed on Schedule 1.1 attached hereto.

Employment Letters means the letters dated as of the Closing Date confirming the continuation of the employment of the Contracted Employees who are not based in the UK by the Acquired Companies under the terms of each respective letter, and acknowledging that Xxxxxx shall be bound by each such employee's existing employment agreement, as modified by the applicable letter, and that Xxxxxx shall be entitled to the rights and benefits thereunder.
