Completion Date means the date of completion of the Services by the Service Provider as certified by the Procuring Entity
Project Completion Date means the date on which the Completion Certificate is issued;
Construction Completion Date means the Completion Date of the Construction as specified in the Statutory Declaration of Completion for the Project;
project completion period means the period of sixty (60) months commencing from and expiring on for the construction and obtaining of Temporary Occupation Permit or Permits for the whole of the Development as provided in clause 3.3;
The Completion Date means the date of completion of the Works as certified by the Employer’s Representative.
Final Completion Date means the date on which Final Completion occurs.
Substantial Completion Date means the date on which Substantial Completion occurs.
Improvement completion assurance means a surety bond, letter of credit,
Target Completion Date has the meaning given such term in Section 3.3(b).
Project Completion means the date, as determined by the Division after consultation with the Recipient, that operation of the Project is initiated or is capable of being initiated, whichever comes first.
Completion Period means the period starting from the date of issue of "Order" and required to complete the work in all respect.
Notice to Proceed (NTP) means the authorization issued by the CO to start performance on this Contract.
Guaranteed Substantial Completion Date or “Guaranteed Substantial Completion Dates” has the meaning set forth in Section 5.3B.
Construction Commencement Date means the date set out in the Addendum, if applicable, by which you must commence construction of the Hotel. For the Hotel to be considered under construction, youmust have begun to pour concrete foundations for the Hotel or otherwise satisfied any site-specific criteria for “under construction” set out in the Addendum.
Scheduled Completion Date shall be the date set forth in Clause 10.3;
Beyond use date means the date determined by a pharmacist and placed on a
Final Completion means the date determined and certified by A/E and Owner on which the Work is fully and satisfactorily complete in accordance with the Contract.
Payment Commencement Date means the date payments of amounts deferred begin pursuant to Article III, Section 6.
Construction Period means the period commencing from the Appointed Date and ending on the date of the Completion Certificate;
Event Outside Our Control means any act or event beyond WRAS’s reasonable control, including without limitation strikes, lock-outs or other industrial action by third parties, civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war, fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disaster, or failure of public or private telecommunications networks [or impossibility of the use of railways, shipping, aircraft, motor transport or other means of public or private transport;
Substantial Completion means the stage in the progress of the work as determined and certified by the Contracting Officer in writing to the Contractor, on which the work (or a portion designated by the Government) is sufficiently complete and satisfactory. Substantial completion means that the property may be occupied or used for the purpose for which it is intended, and only minor items such as touch-up, adjustments, and minor replacements or installations remain to be completed or corrected which:
Construction Completion means physical construction of a cleanup action component is complete.
Construction Completion Certificate means a certificate of the I-Bank to the effect that the construction of the Project is complete.
Billing Commencement Date means the earlier of:
Project Milestone means the project milestone set forth in Schedule-J;
Full Notice to Proceed means that all material third party contractors have been given the notice to proceed with construction by the Capacity Market Seller or its agent, with a guaranteed completion date backed by liquidated damages.
