Shop Visit definition

Shop Visit means a visit to the Maintenance Center(s) where the maintenance performed on an Eligible Engine includes either of the following: 1.15.1. separation of pairs of major mating engine flanges (except for the purpose of shipment without subsequent internal maintenance of the engine); or 1.15.2. removal of a disk, hub or spool.

  • If Spirit fails to comply with the requirements set forth in Section 9, and such failure or non-approval, as applicable causes the Maintenance Center to reasonably reschedule or delay the induction or completion of a Shop Visit for an Eligible Engine, then such delay shall constitute an Excusable Delay for IAE.

  • IAE shall communicate the Workscope to the Maintenance Center and cause the Maintenance Center to complete the Shop Visit in accordance with such Workscope.

Shop Visit means a FMP Eligible Engine which has been removed and inducted into a Xxxxx & Whitney Facility and the separation of one or more major mating engine flanges and/or the removal of a disk, hub, or spool is performed on such FMP Eligible Engine.
Shop Visit means an FMP Engine has been removed and inducted into an IAE facility within the IAE Network and the separation of major mating engine flanges or the removal of a disk, hub, or spool is performed on such FMP Engine.
