Engine Trusts definition

Engine Trusts means the owner trust or statutory trust estates created pursuant to the Engine Trust Agreements.
Engine Trusts means the owner trust or statutory trust estates created pursuant to the Engine Trust Agreements. “Euroclear” means Euroclear Bank, S.A./N.V., as operator of the Euroclear System.
Engine Trusts has the meaning specified in the recital of parties to this Agreement.
