Enhancement Plan definition

Enhancement Plan means a plan that entitles the Customer to obtain access to updates to the Continia Software Products, Product Support through their Partner and access to the Continia Online Services as described in clause 5 and specified in a License Order. "License Order" means a document agreed between you and a Partner for procurement of the Continia Software Product through the Partner.
Enhancement Plan means the plan under which End-Users are eligible to receive enhancements to the Software Product. Licenses on an active Enhancement Plan maintain the list price at the time of license purchase (Protected List Price “PLP”) and have the possibility of upgrading to the newest version, transferring and/or adding additional modules to the license.

Enhancement Plan has the meaning given to this term in Clause 19.6.3 (Enhancements).

  • Enhancement means a modification, addition or new release of the Software that when added to the Software, materially changes its utility, efficiency, functional capability or application.
