Entrusted Person definition

Entrusted Person has the meaning given in the PTR Act. By submitting a PT PCP Evaluation Questionnaire or a PT PCP Remediation Plan or other document in connection with the Payment Times Procurement Connected Policy that includes any personal information within the meaning of Privacy Act, the Contractor warrants and represents that it has obtained all necessary consents in accordance with relevant privacy laws to the collection, use and disclosure of such information in the manner contemplated by this clause 26.4. The Contractor will provide evidence of such consents to the Commonwealth on request.
Entrusted Person is defined in clause 8 and means the Secretary, an APS employee or any other person employed or engaged by the Commonwealth to provide services to the Commonwealth.

More Definitions of Entrusted Person

Entrusted Person means (1) any shareholder having a controlling interest in the Company or in any other entity that forms part of the Group; or (2) any employee, officer, manager or director of the Company or of any other entity that forms part of the Group.
Entrusted Person means a Tribunal member, the Principal Registrar, Tribunal staff members, or any person engaged to provide services to the Tribunal. This is consistent with the definition in subsection 66(4) of the AAT Act.   • appointed person means the person given the authority to assess, plan and organise the work; to select suitable or appropriate plant and equipment, to ensure statutory documentation is current and in order; to provide instruction and supervision for the work to be undertaken safely; and tostop the work whenever he considers danger is likely to arise if it were to be continued.
