Environmental and Social Action Plan definition

Environmental and Social Action Plan means the plan prepared by the Borrower in accordance with Annex 2A (Environmental and Social Action Plan) attached to this Annex 2, which shall indicate the necessary actions, including the allocation of responsibilities and implementation schedule, for the purpose of ensuring that the design, operation, and maintenance of all the Borrower’s facilities, plants, and equipment meet and maintain compliance with the Environmental and Social Standards and Guidelines, the Environmental and Social Legislation and the Sustainability Policy.
Environmental and Social Action Plan means the document entitled the environmental and social action plan, developed in accordance with the Environmental and Social Policy, reflecting the Contract specific ESHS, and appended to the Requirements.
Environmental and Social Action Plan or “ESAP” means a plan that describes and prioritizes the actions needed to address any gaps in the ESMPs, the ESMS, or Stakeholder Engagement process documentation to bring the Project in line with applicable standards as defined in the Equator Principles and in accordance with Section 6.15.

  • If a project involves or consists of existing facilities, then clients are expected to evaluate how to meet the requirements of Performance Standard 3, and seek to improve performance through mutually agreed milestones included in the Environmental and Social Action Plan (ESAP).

  • If these measures do not meet the relevant requirements of this Performance Standard, the client will develop an Environmental and Social Action Plan to complement government action.

More Definitions of Environmental and Social Action Plan

Environmental and Social Action Plan means the Environmental and Social Action Plan attached to the report of the Environmental Advisor delivered pursuant to Section 7.1(f)(vi), together with any updates thereto as may be made from time to time by the Borrower as required or permitted under the TCF Financing Documents.
Environmental and Social Action Plan means the Environmental and Social Action Plan attached to the report of the Environmental Advisor delivered pursuant to this Indenture, together with any updates thereto as may be made from time to time by the Company as required or permitted under the P1 Financing Documents.
Environmental and Social Action Plan means the plan developed by the Borrower setting out specific environmental and social measures to be undertaken in connection with the Project, in form and substance satisfactory to the Lenders, as such plan (i) may be updated from time to time to reflect actions taken, (ii) modified from time to time with the prior written consent of the Facility Agent (acting on the instructions of the Lenders), and (iii) modified from time to time to conform to changes in applicable Laws or imposed by the classification society.
Environmental and Social Action Plan or “ESAP” means the plan, dated October 30, 2023, detailing actions to be carried out or caused to be carried out by the Recipient, as the case may be, in accordance with the Performance Standards; as such plan may be amended from time to time with prior written agreement of the Association.
Environmental and Social Action Plan means the plan developed by the Company, a copy of which is attached as Annex F to this Agreement, setting out specific social and environmental measures to be undertaken by the Company, to enable its Operations to comply with the Performance Standards, as such Action Plan may be amended or supplemented from time to time with the Purchaser's consent, which was publicly disclosed on July 20, 2007.
