Environmental and Social Monitoring Report definition

Environmental and Social Monitoring Report means the true, accurate and complete report on compliance with the environmental guidelines established in the Environmental and Social Action Plan, confirming compliance with said guidelines or detailing the noncompliance thereof, together with the remedial action taken to ensure compliance with said Environmental and Social Action Plan.
Environmental and Social Monitoring Report means an environmental and social monitoring report satisfactory to FMO on the Borrower’s and each member of the Group’s compliance and non-compliance with the Environmental and Social Requirements and the Environmental and Social Action Plan under this Agreement. The report shall be prepared in the English language.
