Equipment Sites definition

Equipment Sites means ground space, floor space, vault space, wall space or rooftop space, whether now owned or hereafter acquired, in, on, upon or within (a) electric distribution substations owned by BECO which are enclosed within an existing building or structure; (b) electric distribution stations owned by BECO which are not enclosed within a building or structure; (c) service centers or field stations (excluding generating facilities) operated by BECO, which are located on land owned by BECO, or leased from a third party; (d) parcels of land comprising the above-ground electric transmission line rights of way; or (e) vacant land owned by BECO.
Equipment Sites means those areas on or near the Right of Way where PG&E owns the land in fee simple and maintains equipment and on which CUSTOMER, pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, may locate Equipment Stations.
Equipment Sites means those areas on or near the Right of Way where PG&E owns the land in fee simple and maintains equipment and on which IPN, pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, may locate Equipment Stations subject to the parties executing a Site License Acknowledgment.

  • Standard equipment means the basic configuration of a vehicle which is equipped with all the features that are required under the regulatory acts of the Contracting Party including all features that are fitted without giving rise to any further specifications on configuration or equipment level.

  • Equipment Room means a space intended for the operation of pool pumps, filters, heaters and controllers.

  • Supplier Equipment means the Supplier's hardware, computer and telecoms devices, equipment, plant, materials and such other items supplied and used by the Supplier (but not hired, leased or loaned from the Customer) in the performance of its obligations under this Call Off Contract;

  • Fixed Equipment means any property affixed in any way to the Licensed Premises existing at the time Notice to Proceed is given, whose removal would damage the Licensed Premises.

  • Customer Equipment means hardware, software, systems, cabling and facilities provided by you and used in conjunction with the Equipment that we supply to you in order to receive the Services;

  • Project Equipment means the items of machinery, equipment or other personal property used in connection with the construction and development of the Project pursuant to the provisions hereof, and all replacements thereof and substitutions therefor made pursuant to this Agreement.

  • Installation Site means the site at which the Product is originally installed.

  • Operating Equipment means furniture, furnishings, special lighting fixtures, carpeting, draperies, decorations or other special finishing work, signs, appliances and trade fixtures and equipment that is furnished, installed or used by the Contractor in its operations on the Airport. It does not include Fixed Improvements, or repair or maintenance of Operating Equipment or Fixed Improvements or displays or decorations that are of a seasonal or temporary promotional nature.

  • Contractor’s Equipment means all apparatus, machinery, vehicles and other things required for the execution and completion of the Works and the remedying of any defects. However, Contractor’s Equipment excludes Temporary Works, Employer’s Equipment (if any), Plant, Materials and any other things intended to form or forming part of the Equipment.

  • Electrical Interconnection Facilities means the equipment and facilities required to safely and reliably interconnect a Facility to the transmission system of the Transmitting Utility, including the collection system between each Bloom System, transformers and all switching, metering, communications, control and safety equipment, including the facilities described in any applicable Interconnection Agreement.
