ES Note definition

ES Note means a promissory note in the form attached to this Agreement as Exhibit A issued by InfraREIT Inc. in the principal amount of $66,517,480.

Examples of ES Note in a sentence

  • Immediately thereafter, the Trust is transferring the ES Note to Marubeni or its designated affiliate, as required by the Existing LLC Agreement.

  • Revolving Note means a promissory note of the Borrower payable to a Lender in substantially the form of Exhibit 11.1(d) hereto, evidencing Indebtedness of the Borrower under the Revolving Loan Commitment of such Lender.

  • Initial Note means each initial Governmental Lender Note registered by the Comptroller and subsequently canceled and replaced by a definitive Governmental Lender Note pursuant to this Funding Loan Agreement.
