Notwithstanding any determination by the Executive Ethics Board or other tribunal, the Agency may terminate this Contract for cause and without notice of need to take corrective action if the Agency finds that the Contractor is involved in a violation of the Ethics in Public Service Act, Chapter 42.52 RCW, or any similar statute in connection with the procurement of or performance under this Contract.
