EURO NOTE REGISTER means the register established by the Euro Note Registrar in respect of the Class A-3 Notes in accordance with clause 5.2.
EURO NOTE REGISTER means the register in which shall be recorded the names, addresses and taxpayer identification numbers of the holders of Definitive Notes issued in lieu of interests an a Global Note previously held through Euroclear or Clearstream, the serial and CUSIP numbers (or Code/ISIN Numbers, as the case may be) of the Notes, the Original Issue Dates thereof and details with respect to the transfer and exchange of Notes.

Payments of interest on this Note (other than at Maturity) will be made by check mailed to the holder of this Note as of the Regular Record Date with respect to such Interest Payment Date at the address shown in the Note Register specified below; provided, however, that a holder of US$10,000,000 or more in aggregate principal amount (or the equivalent thereof in other currencies) of Notes (whether identical or different terms and provisions) shall be entitled to receive payments of interest, other than interest due at Maturity, by wire transfer of immediately available funds if appropriate written wire transfer instructions have been received by the Global Agent not less than 16 days prior to the applicable Interest Payment Date. Reference is hereby made to the further provisions of this Note set forth on the reverse hereof, which further provisions shall for all purposes have the same effect as if set forth at this place.
