Evaluation Feedback definition

Evaluation Feedback means Licensee’s feedback relating to Licensee’s access to, use, and evaluation of the Prerelease Software, including without limitation, feedback on features or functionality, usability, specifications, architectural diagrams, APIs and related information, software or hardware compatibility, interoperability, performance, bug reports, test results and documentation requirements, and may also include suggestions or ideas for improvements or enhancements to the Prerelease Software.
Evaluation Feedback means information and materials provided by Licensee to Adobe relating to Licensee’s access to, use of, and evaluation of the Prerelease Software and includes Licensee Content, identification of bugs, and suggestions or ideas for improvements or enhancements to the Prerelease Software, along with all associated intellectual property rights.
Evaluation Feedback means ideas, bug or crash reports, suggestions, proposals and other information or materials provided by you to us relating to your access to, use of and evaluation of the Prerelease Developer Tools, along with all associated Intellectual Property Rights.

Examples of Evaluation Feedback in a sentence

  • Licensee grants to Adobe a worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free, fully paid up right and license to use, reproduce, distribute, sublicense, and make derivative works based upon the Evaluation Feedback for research, product development, and product improvement purposes.

  • Adobe may communicate with Licensee, but has no obligation to incorporate, use, or otherwise acknowledge any Evaluation Feedback that Licensee provides.

  • Licensee agrees to provide Evaluation Feedback to Adobe during the Testing Period.

Related to Evaluation Feedback

  • Evaluation Team means the team appointed by the City; “Information Meeting” has the meaning set out in section 2.2;

  • Evaluation means an appraisal of an individual’s professional performance in relation to his or her job description and professional standards and based on, when applicable, the individual’s evaluation rubric.

  • Feedback means input regarding the SAP Products, services, business or technology plans, including, without limitation, comments or suggestions regarding the possible creation, modification, correction, improvement or enhancement of the SAP Products and/or services, or input as to whether Partner believes SAP’s development direction is consistent with their own business and IT needs.

  • Developer Fee means the fee earned by the Developer.

  • Evaluation Criteria means the criteria set out under the clause 27 (Evaluation Process) of this Part C, which includes the Qualifying Criteria, Functional Criteria and Price and Preferential Points Assessment.

  • Evaluation Date shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 3.1(s).

  • Evaluation Report means a report on the evaluation of tenders prepared under CSO 12

  • Program Costs means all necessary and incidental costs of providing program services.

  • Evaluator means Advisors Asset Management Inc., and its successors in interest, or any successor evaluator appointed as hereinafter provided."
