Exceeds Standards. Employees whose performance is assessed as Exceeds Standards will be eligible for a performance payment of 2% of base salary. If this increase takes them to the top of the Salary Range for their level, then any residual performance payment will be paid as a bonus.   • PCI Standards means the applicable Data Security Standards published by the PCI Security Standards Council.
