Excluded Unit means any Partnership Security issued on or after January 1, 2017, if the net proceeds from the issuance of such Partnership Security have been or will be used to pay for, finance or refinance a Qualified Project, as determined by the General Partner; provided, that a Partnership Security shall cease to be an Excluded Unit on the first day of the first Quarter commencing after the Commercial Operation Date of the Qualified Project for which such Partnership Security was issued.

Excluded Unit means, at any Payment Date, any Unit (i) for which the Lease is to be terminated pursuant to Section 10 of the Lease on such Payment Date, (ii) which suffers an Event of Loss or a deemed Event of Loss under Section 9.1 of the Lease and is not replaced pursuant to Section 11.2(i) prior to or on such Payment Date or (iii) which is to be purchased by the Lessee pursuant to Section 6.9 of the Participation Agreement on such Payment Date; provided that the principal amount of the Equipment Note or Notes which corresponds to the Equipment Cost of such Unit is to be prepaid in accordance with Section 2.10 of the Indenture on such Payment Date (unless Lessee shall have assumed such obligations pursuant to and in accordance with Section 3.6 of the Indenture).

More Definitions of Excluded Unit

Excluded Unit means, at any time, any Common Unit or LTIP Unit that is prohibited at such time from a Redemption by the terms of any agreement between the holder of such Unit and the Company or the Corporation (including an LTIP Agreement).

Excluded Unit means any Unit which includes a Home (whether under construction or completed) that has been part of the Borrowing Base Collateral for more than fifteen (15) months from the commencement of construction of such Home in the case of a Sold Unit or a Spec Unit or for more than thirty (30) months from the commencement of construction of such Home in the case of a Model Unit.
