Exclusive Marks definition

Exclusive Marks means the names and marks “Sheraton” and “Westin,” whether alone or together with other words, terms, designs or other elements.

Exclusive Marks means those certain trademarks listed on Table 2 of Schedule A, together with any other trademarks, trade dress and logos created or obtained by Licensor in connection with and for the benefit of the Business.
Exclusive Marks means "POTAMKIN DIRECT" or "POTAMKIN AUTO CENTER," and trademarks or service marks incorporating such xxxx, and any confusingly similar variation thereof, including Internet domain names (whether .com, .net, .org or similar such extension) incorporating or based on such marks.

  • Licensed Marks means those MLS GRID and MLS trademarks, service marks, word marks, logos and distinctive marks of all other kinds, if any, set out in Exhibit A as Licensed Marks.
